Ingredients.

  • 250g cream cheese, at room temperature

  • 1/3 cup of blueberry conserve

  • 10 blackberries, halved

  • 2 digestive biscuits

  • 1 lemon, zest

Serve with wafers. Use gluten-free biscuits.


Method.

1. On a board (32cm x 22cm) use a butter knife to spread/swirl the cream cheese evenly.

2. Evenly dollop the blueberry conserve and halved blackberries. Crumble digestive biscuits on top and evenly spread lemon zest.

3. Serve with wafers.
