Cook time: 10 mins | Prep time: 15 mins | Serves: 2

Ingredients.

  • 1 baby cos lettuce, chopped. Approx. 2-3 cups of chopped lettuce.

  • 1 lime, juice

  • 3 slices prosciutto


Method.

1. Preheat oven to a 180C fan forced. On a baking tray lined with parchment paper, add 3 slices of prosciutto. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until crispy.

2. Chop lettuce and add to a bowl with lime juice. Mix through and add prosciutto crumbs on top. lightly mix and serve with any protein.

COOKING NOTES:

  • Can use lemon juice.
